The hotel is ideally located both for access to the old town and the train station. the room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, well-designed and equipped with everything we needed. the service was outstanding, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast included many more options than we had expected and was of high quality.
this did not detract significantly from our overall experience, and we would still definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Size of apartment, confort, design
Difficult to understand the reason for having a small modern kitchen without pans, glasses and flatware (forks, knifes, spoons)! Also a large bedroom with 2 individual mattresses: all night long fighting to stay out border in between. But this is a stupid trend in nowadays hotels.

Kind staff, clean and spacious apartment, well-equipped, good breakfast options, early check-in, helpful staff.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Large and well-equipped rooms, good breakfast, convenient location. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities such as big TVs, kitchens, and wardrobes. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of foods. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and was close to transportation links.
Misleading location and unprofessional staff. The hotel's location was not accurately represented, and the staff were unprofessional in their dealings with guests. The parking was limited and difficult to access, and there was a lack of attention to detail in the maintenance of the hotel. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive to guest concerns and not readily available to offer assistance.

I came upon this place by accident - since I had booked a hotel in nearby Barletta which turned out to be too mediocre to stay in for more than just one day. So, I looked for an alternative on Booked.net and decided to go to the nearby city of Molfetta which I had never heard of before). When I arrived at the Soglow Hotel, I was greeted by the owner of this newly-opened hotel - and he was justifiably proud of such a beautiful place. The apartment I was given was nicely decorated with many paintings by the owner's wife - and the whole place was stunning! I couldn't believe my good luck in finding such a great place! The modern apartment/suite was very spacious, with a terrace larger than most hotel rooms. The location was also good: between the main road and the city of Molfetta, which I thought was lovely and interesting, with its old section right on the sea. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - and if I were ever anywhere near this part of Italy in the future, this is the only place I'd want to stay! I stayed for 3 days - and wish it could have been a lot longer!
The only "drawback" of sorts is that it is located in the small city of Molfetta, which I dion't think many people have heard of - even though it was an interesting place to spend a few relaxing days.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The location, although on the outskirts of town, was actually quite convenient. It was very close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel itself was well-designed and luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff at this venue were remarkable – amazingly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even allowed me to check-in early, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided was extensive and delicious, offering more options than I expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
There were a couple of minor issues that I encountered during my stay. Secondly, there was some noise from a nearby building site, which was unexpected.

The location is great, very close to a shopping center and an amusement park. the wifi is quite fast and free of charge. the staff is polite and friendly.
The breakfast wasn't good, there were only a few options and they were all very basic. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, very close to the train station, and also close to transportation. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a great variety of food.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
